Peanut Butterscotch Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 4 heaping tsp. Peanut Hottie peanut butter flavor drink mix
  • 2 oz. hot water
  • 1 cup eggnog, well chilled
  • 1 oz. spiced rum (Bacardi Oakheart)
  • 1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
  • Ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Dissolve the peanut Hottie mix in the hot water. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a spouted measure cobine the eggnog, rum and butterscotch schnapps and stir well to combine. Pour into a lowball glass. Add the cooled Peanut Hottie mixture and stir again. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Or use a shaker instead of stirring, and shake about ten seconds after each addition.
