Creamy Tomato and Pesto Tilapia

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed or to taste
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 tsp pesto sauce
- 4 tilapia fillets
Directions

Lay tilapia on baking sheet and salt and pepper

Spread thin layer of pesto and about a tablespoon of tomatoes onto fish

Cook on 350 for 12-15 min

While fish is cooking combine sour cream, 2-3 tablespoons pesto and remainder of can of tomatoes into small sauce pan

heat through and serve over rice with baked fish
