Ingredients
- 1 c -Almonds
- 1/2 c- sunflower seeds (i used raw ones)
- 1/2 c- raisins
- 1/3 c- coconut shreds/flakes
- 1/4 c pumpkins seeds
- 2 T chia seeds (if you dont have these, sesame will work)
- 1/4 T real salt
- 1/3 C honey
- 1/3 cup melted real butter

I pulsed my almonds and sun flower seeds so they were chopped (not ground) put them in a large bowl with the remaining ingred. mix together and pressed down in my greased pyrx dish.

BAKE 325 for 20-25 minutes Let them cool in the frig

these need to be refrig. in an air tight container. Also can be frozen for several months
