Ingredients
- Goat cheese
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Bay leaves
- Peppercorns
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- Garlic, crushed
Directions

Put goat cheese in glass jar (I use clamped-lid jars).

Add bay leaves, peppercorns, rosemary, oregano and garlic.

Cover with olive oil.

Let stand at least one week before using.
