Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 6 squares (Baker's) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. orange liqueur or your favorite (opt.)
- additional chocolate for coating
- chocolate sprinkles
Directions
- Bring cream to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add all 6 squares of chocolate, butter and liqueur. Stir until melted. Freeze mixture until just firm enough to handle, about 1 to 2 hours. With a teaspoon or small scoop, form into small balls. Freeze again 20 minutes. Melt more chocolate until smooth. Dip each ball in the chocolate; dip into chocolate sprinkles, and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until firm; 30 minutes.
- Drizzle any left over chocolate over balls before chilling.
