Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 4 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. cream of tarter
• 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

1. eheat oven to 375.

2. Beat butter, oil, powdered sugar, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until fluffy and then add remaining ingredients.

3. Mix well.

4. Chill for at least one hour.

5. Divide dough in half.

6. Roll out on floured mat and cut into shapes with cookie cutters, if desired.

7. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
