Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef or pork roast
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1/3 c. dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbs. white vinegar (or apple)
Directions

Use 4 quart slow cooker. Add all ingredients and toss to coat meat well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours till meat is tender.
