Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eight ounce cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 pint heavy cream
- one can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup almonds, blanched and slivered
Directions

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar and press into bottom of 9" spring form pan and chill.

Whip the cream

In a small pot, heat gelatin in water until softened.

Stir until dissolved.

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

Stir in gelatin, lemon and extract

Fold in whipped cream.

Turn into pan.

Chill for 3 hours

Top with cherry pie filling and almonds.
