High-Fiber Kale- Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large orange, peeled and separated
- 2 Kale leaves, rinsed and stem removed
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Directions
- Pour 1 cup water into blender. Add orange, kale, chia seeds and strawberries. Pour remaining q cup water over ingredients.
- Blend until mostly smooth, adding more water if needed.

Smoothie will retain some texture due to the fiber.
- Add a cup of oats to make this a filling breakfast smoothie.
