No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup coconut flakes
Directions
- In a large bowl mix honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flaxseed, oatmeal and vanilla until well blended.
- Pour coconut flakes into a small bowl.
- Shape honey mixture into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and roll in coconut flakes.
- Chill until firm.
