Apple and Pecan Salad with Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 2 Fuji apple
  • 1/2 cup dries cranberries
  • 1 4oz. feta cheese
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2Tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Chop lettuce, apple and onion.
  2. Crumble feta cheese
  3. Proportion salad ingredients to personal taste. ( Add more or leave off what you like).
  4. Combine dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
