Apple and Pecan Salad with Honey Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 2 Fuji apple
- 1/2 cup dries cranberries
- 1 4oz. feta cheese
- 1 small red onion
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Chop lettuce, apple and onion.
- Crumble feta cheese
- Proportion salad ingredients to personal taste. ( Add more or leave off what you like).
- Combine dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
