Sugar- Free Chocolate Angel Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 pkg. sugar substitute
  • 3 Tbsp. unsweet cocoa
  • 10 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 pkg. sugar substitute

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sift together flour, 1 pkg. sugar substitute, and 3 Tbsp. cocoa into a bowl, repeat sifting. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar, vanilla and salt at medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add 3 pkg. sugar substitute, beating ar high speed until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in remaining ingredients. Scoop into oiled and floured bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
