Meringue Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. corn starch
- Dash cream of tartar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Separate eggs. Beat yolks, then mix in corn starch, 1 1/2 cups sugar, vanilla and milk together in a saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
- Mix in flavoring of choice and pour into browned pie crust. Allow to cool completely.
