Stuffing Sausage Balls

Tastiest recipe I have tried. Hubby asks for these often.

Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 Lb. ground pork sausage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (opt.)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl, mix stuffing mix with hot water. Gradually mix in sausage until blended. Stir in onion, celery, egg, Bisquick and baking powder.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on large baking sheet. Cover with foil and bake in 325 degree oven 15 minutes.
- Remove foil. Raise oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
