Ingredients
- 2 cups egg noodles, dry
- 1 egg, beaten
- milk, as needed
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Preheat oven to 375ยบ.

Butter a 9" glass pie pan.

Cook noodles until just tender; drain and return to saucepan.

Add butter and enough milk to loosen noodles. THEN add egg (this is important as egg will cook/curdle if added before butter and milk).

Stir in bread crumbs and most of cheese. (If necessary for consistency, add more milk.)

Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle more cheese on top.

Bake until pudding starts to brown, about 20 minutes.
