Pumpkin Harvest Bones

I make these for my dogs, and they love them. There is nothing in these that would be harmful to people, so feel safe giving them to your pets.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend eggs and pumpkin together; add slat, dry milk and flour. Add water to make dough workable. A few drops at a time, so as not to get it too sticky. Dough should be dry and stiff. Mix with hands.
- Roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes. ( I have a bone shaped cookie cutter from a Halloween set).
- Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes on one side, turn over and bake another 20 minutes.
- cool on wire rack. These freeze well, if they last that long.
