Tex-Mex Pimento Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Lb. pepper Jack cheese, shredded ( about 4 cups)
- 1/4 cup chopped pimentos
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or less to taste
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. chile powder
- Pinch sugar
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cheese, pimentos, jalapenos, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chile powder and sugar. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until well chilled. Will keep for about 7 days.
