(from Lucianolinda’s recipe box)
I converted some measurements to ounces, as close as I can. If you have gram measuring spoons and cups by all means use them.

Ingredients
- 225 gr plain flour (about 1 cup)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 gr caster sugar ( about 5 1/4 oz. or 2/3 cup)
- 100 gr unsalted butter, melted (3 1/2 oz.)
- 2 eggs
- 125 gr yogurt ( about 4 1/2 oz.)
- 125 gr milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 gr frozen blueberries, tossed with 1 tbsp flour
- 75 gr white chocolate, coarsely chopped ( about 3 oz.)
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 180C (375 F.) and prepare a loaf pan/baking pan/muffin pans. Sift together plain flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together liquid ingredients in another bowl.
-
Make a hole in the center of dry ingredients, then add the liquids. Stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Fold in blueberries and white chocolate.
-
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes if you are using one big pan, or around 30 minutes for muffins.
