Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Cheddar
- Cheese soup
- 1 can (12 oz.) tuna, drained
- 1 can (7 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces,
- drained
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- In small bowl, combine Corn Flake crumbs and butter. Set aside for topping.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In large mixing bowl, combine noodles with remaining ingredients and place in 13×9s1 3/4 -inch (3 qt.) baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top casserole with crumbs topping.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
