Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed Cheddar
  • Cheese soup
  • 1 can (12 oz.) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (7 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces,
  • drained
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine Corn Flake crumbs and butter. Set aside for topping.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. In large mixing bowl, combine noodles with remaining ingredients and place in 13×9s1 3/4 -inch (3 qt.) baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top casserole with crumbs topping.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
