Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2c Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 10oz box frozen chopped Spinach
  • 1 14oz can Artichoke Hearts, chopped fine
  • 2/3c Sour Cream
  • 1c Cream Cheese
  • 1/3c Mayo
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic

Directions

  1. Mix Parmesan Cheese, Spinach, and Artichoke Hearts.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with spinach mixture.

  3. Pour into baking dish.

  4. Bake for 20-30 min.

  5. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or bread.
