Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast (rolls)
- 1 pkg. yeast (pizza crust)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups plain flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water. Add other ingredients in order listed. Mix well. Knead down and make pizza crust or let rise again until double for rolls.
- Form rolls- let rise until double, then bake at 350 degrees 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- press pizza crust out into pizza pan with hands. use a fork to poke a few holes in the bottom to prevent bubbling up. Bake about 10 minutes, before adding toppings.
