Wicked Salsa

I started with prepackaged salsa mix, and added things until it tasted right.

Ingredients
- 24 cups chopped tomatoes
- 6 cups vinegar
- 2-3 pkg. Mrs. Wages Salsa Mix
- 3 large onions
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 8 Jalapeno peppers
- 6 Habenaro peppers, seeded
- 3 tsp. cumin
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large stock pot and cook until reduced to desired thickness. Place in pint jars, and process for 5 minute hot water bath.
- If you don’t want this much. Try cutting the recipe down to about 1/4 the volume. It is good straight out of the pot, but will thicken the longer it sits.
