Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce (or half and
- half with Balsamic vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2/4 tsp. coriander seed
Directions
- Combine all and marinate meat (cut in 1/4 inch strips on the bias) overnight in tightly closed container, in refrigerator.
- then proceed with jerking process.
