Ingredients
- 1 cup half-and-half OR heavy cream
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/4 to 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey (see note)
- 1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur OR 1 tsp. instant coffee
- granules
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. almond extract, optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender on high for 30 seconds. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before using. Will keep for up to 2 months.

Note: A midrange whiskey is recommended for this recipe. The finer favors of an expensive whiskey will be overpowered by the other flavors.
