Stuffing Sausage Balls

I leave off the celery, and add a few drops of hot pepper sauce to these.

Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 cups stuffing mix
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 Lb. ground pork sausage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery (opt.)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl, mix stuffing with hot water until all is moist. Gradually mix in sausage. Stir in onion, celery, egg, Bisquick mix and baking powder.
- Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet, and cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes.
- Remove foil. Turn sausage balls. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees, and bake 25 minutes more.
