Teriyaki Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 lean boneless pork loin roast
- 3 T cold water
- 1.5 T cornstarch
Directions

in a slow cooker mix apple juice sugar soy sauce vinegar giner garlice poweder and pep

add roast turning to coat

turn fat side up

r and cook on hgih for 3.5-4 hrs or on low for 7-8 hrs

transfer meat to a warm platter cover and keep warn

strain cooking liquid and place in a small saucepan

skim off fat if desired, over med heat, bring to a boil

meanwhile in a small vowl mix water and cornstarch until smoothe, stir into boiling liquid. stirrig bring to a boil and boild for one to two min or until thickened

serve with rice and mixed oriental veggies
