Pineapple Coconut Snowballs

Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
Directions
- When draining pineapple, use a fine strainer to push out as much juice as possible.
- Ina small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Roll in one inch balls, then roll balls in coconut. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
