Ingredients
- 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup bran flake cereal
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk (substitute 1 TBSP vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup milk)
- 2 TBSP Veggie Oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 Spray muffin tin

Put Flour in large bowl add salt, baking soda, and sugar Mix well

Stir in Bran flakes mix well

make a well in the center of mixture, set aside

in another bowl beat eggs, buttermilk, and oil

pour egg mixture into the well of the cereal mixture and stir together til moist
-
DONT over mix
-
Fill tins
-
Bake 15-20 Minutes
-
If not eaten right away store in freezer

Thaw for 15 sec in the microwave or fridge overnight
