Ingredients

  • sabudhana
  • onion
  • peanut
  • coriander leaves
  • chilli powder
  • salt
  • oil
  • besan

Directions

  1. Soak sabudhana in water to the equal level for 6-8 hrs. Sprinkle additional water if needed.

  2. fry peanuts and remove the skin. Grind coarsely

  3. Mix sabudhana, peanut, onion, salt, chilli powder, coriander leaves with little(1tbsp) besan just for binding.

  4. Sprinkle water and deep fry it.
