Mock Devonshire Cream

not quite as good as the real thing, but easier to make. Spread it on the Basic scones in another recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat whipping cream at high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in remaining ingredients.
