Mock Devonshire Cream

not quite as good as the real thing, but easier to make. Spread it on the Basic scones in another recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat whipping cream at high speed until soft peaks form. Fold in remaining ingredients.

  2. makes 2 3/4 cups
