Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • fine sea salt
  • fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 chicken cutlets

Directions

  1. Season chicken with S + P and a little rosemary.

  2. Grill.

  3. Heat balsamic vinegar in a pot over medium heat 8-10 minutes until reduced by half.

  4. Remove from heat. Stir in honey, garlic, onion powder.

  5. Glaze will thicken as it cools – cool slightly.

  6. Pour over chicken.
