Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
Directions

In a blender, mix melted butter and eggs thoroughly

Add stevia, salt, and baking powder; mix well

Mix in coconut flour until no lumps remain

Allow mixture to rest at least 5 minutes to thicken

Pour onto waffle iron and cook
