Coconut Flour Belgian Waffles

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia glycerite
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

Directions

  1. In a blender, mix melted butter and eggs thoroughly

  2. Add stevia, salt, and baking powder; mix well

  3. Mix in coconut flour until no lumps remain

  4. Allow mixture to rest at least 5 minutes to thicken

  5. Pour onto waffle iron and cook
