Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pound sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup, lite
- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2-3 Tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

In double boiler, over low heat, whisk together evaporated milk, sugar and corn syrup until sugar melts.

Turn off heat; add chocolate and butter.

Stir constantly just until chocolate melts and butter is incorporated.

Stir in Kikkoman soy sauce and vanilla.

Chill.
