Blueberry Blast Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 4 or 5 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves, plus whole leaves for garnish
Directions
- Combine blueberries, banana, yogurt, orange juice, ice cubes, lemon juice and mint in a blender jar. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
