Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 white onion, minced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 minced jalapeno pepper, seeds and stems removed
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, diced and seeds removed
Directions
- mash avocado with a fork, leaving some texture. Add remaining ingredients. Mix lightly and pile into a bowl.
