Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Finely grated peel of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup loosely packed chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 3 1/2 to 4 Lbs. chicken pieces

Combine yogurt, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon peel and juice in a bowl.

Stir until well combined. Add parsley and stir well. Place chicken pieces in a gallon-size ziptop plastic bag. Pour in marinade. Seal, removing as much air as possible, and massage bag to coat chicken well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove chicken from bag, discarding marinade, and place chicken in a 13 × 9 inch dish. Bake 45 to 60 minutes, until golden brown on top.
