Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

I prefer Peter Pan, but this recipe calls for Skippy peanut butter, so it is your choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Skippy peanut butter Spread with Dark
  • Chocolate
  • ! cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Drop rounded teaspoons of dough about 2 inches a[art on baking sheets. Do not flatten .

  4. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are puffed and cracked. let stand on baking sheets 5 minutes or until firm. Remove and place onto wire rack to cool completely.
  5. makes 28 cookies

  6. Tip: add 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips to dough.
