Jell-O Pudding Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Instant Pudding
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup softened margarine
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 4 squares Baker's White Chocolate
  • Colored sprinkles to decorate if desired

Directions

  1. Stir Jell-O pudding, boiling water and softened margarine in a large bowl until smooth.

  2. Mix in 3 cups sifted powdered sugar by cupful, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Form into 1 1/2 inch egg shapes. Refrigerate until firm.

  3. Microwave semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls in medium for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

  4. Dip eggs into dark chocolate; decorate with white chocolate, colored sprinkles or icing.

  5. makes 3-4 dozen eggs.

  6. For easy rolling, chill the mixture for 15 minutes in the refrigerate. use 2 forks when dipping eggs. Remove any excess chocolate from bottom of eggs before placing on lined baking sheet.
