Ingredients
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed
- 4 oz. can chopped ripe olive, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 oz. diced green chiles
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- Salsa
- 1 green onion, diced
Directions
- mix ingredients except cream cheese, salsa and green onion. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Spread cream cheese on serving plate. Spoon bean mixture evenly over cream cheese. Spoon salsa around edges; sprinkle with green onion. Serve with tortilla chips.
