Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs. ripe avocado
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1/3 cup Mezzetta tamed sliced jalapeno peppers, diced
- hot sauce to taste
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cumin
- salt and pepper to taste.
- Cilantro sprigs, optional
Directions
- Peel and pit avocados and combine with tomato.
- Add jalapenos, hot sauce, lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
- Coarsely mash with a fork or beat with mixer. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
