Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or any oil
- 1 cube of beef bouillon
- 2 1/2 cups H2O
- 1 Bayleaf
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or wine
- 1/3 of a medium onion chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper (optional)
Directions

Combine onions, green pepper, black pepper, garlic, Bayleaf, wine with oil and brown for five minutes or less.

The add beans and H2O bring to a boil.

Add bouillon after boil

Let cook covered for 3 hours on medium heat.

Add more H2O as needed.
