Ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound chicken breast tenders, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sugar snap pea pods, strings removed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Cook and drain pasta per package directions.

In skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir until chicken is brown.

Add broccoli and pea pods. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir frequently.

In small bowl, mix broth, thyme, lemon peel, cornstarch and lemon pepper; stir into chicken mixture. Cook over medium-high heat until sauce is thickened and vegetables are coated.

Stir in tomatoes; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over pasta.
