Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounce) solid pack puree pumpkin
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
- 1 package (18.5 ounce) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup corsely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, eggs, sugars, pumpkin pie spice and evaporated milk. Mix well.

Pour into an ungreased 9 × 13 baking pan.

Sprinkle entire package of dry cake mix evenly over the batter in the pan. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top and sprinkle with pecans.

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, until top is set and bottom has the texture of pumpkin pie. Cool completely before cutting.
