Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. of cream cheese
• 1 C sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 4 egg whites (beaten)
• 1 tsp of vanilla

Directions

1. Beat well, fold in egg whites last. Pour mixture into spring form lined with graham cracker crust.

2. Bake at 375 for 30 min. Cool 15 min. Then, top w/1/2 pint of sour cream. Mix w/2T of sugar and a little vanilla. Put back into oven @ 475 for 5 min.

3. Let cool and put in fridge overnite. Serve at room temperature for easy handling.

4. For graham cracker crust:

5. 1 1/2 C of graham cracker crumbs

6. 1/4 C of sugar

7. 1/2 t of cinnamon

8. 1 stick of melted butter

9. Mix together and put in bottom of spring form pan.
