Ingredients
- 1 5oz. pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1 Sm. tub Cool Whip
- 1 8 oz. tub sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 box Nilla Wafers (or more, buy 2 to be safe)
- 5-6 Med. bananas, sliced
Directions
- Mix instant pudding and milk together in a large bowl; beat until smooth.
- Add Eagle Brand milk, sour cream, cool whip, and vanilla extract and beat until smooth.
- Line bottom of a 9×13 glass pan with a single layer of wafers, then place a banana slice on top of each wafer.
- Spoon enough pudding over wafers and bananas to just cover them.
- Add another layer of wafers and bananas on top of the pudding.
- Add remaining pudding mixture on top of that layer of wafers and banana slices, being sure to cover them completely.
- Top it off with another layer f wafers and banana slices. Cover and refrigerate. Try to let it chill overnight. (at least a couple of hours), so the wafers have time to soften.

Hint: if you want to slice bananas all at once, slice them into a bowl, and sprinkle them with fruit fresh or lemon juice, and toss gently. They’ll stay pretty longer without turning brown.
