Ingredients
- 2 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tbsp shelled roasted unsalted pistachios, very finely chopped
- Sea salt
- 4 clementines, peeled, pith removed, in segments

Directions

Place chocolate in small bowl set over pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until just melted, 1-2 minutes.

Remove pan from heat but keep bowl over hot water. Dip segments halfway into chocolate arrange on plate. Sprinkle with pistachios mixed with generous pinch of salt.
