roasted pecans – sweet or spicy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pecans per flavor
  • For sweet:
  • butter
  • Splenda
  • Cinnamon
  • For spicy:
  • Butter
  • Worcester shire
  • Seasoned salt
  • Onion powder
  • Tabasco

Directions

  1. For sweet:

  2. Toss pecans in 4 tbsp melted butter.

  3. Spread flat on baking sheet.

  4. Roast 275 degree oven for 45 minutes, then sprinkle with salt, then with shaker of 1/2 cup spoonable Splenda mixed with 1 tbsp cinnamon.

  5. For spicy :

  6. t 275 degree oven for 45 minutes, then mix in 4 tbsp melted butter and 1.5 tbsp Worcester shire, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and a few drops Tabasco.
