Ingredients
- 2 Lb. ground deer meat
- 2 Lb. ground beef*
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-3 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans beans(chili, red or kidney or a mixture)
Directions
- In a large pot, brown meat, onion and pepper; drain. Add rest of ingredients, except beans.
- Use enough water to make it as thick as you like. Add beans after it starts cooking. Simmer at least one hour.
