Cranberry Holiday Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (3 oz.) orange gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced celery

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add orange rind and cranberry sauce.
  2. Chill until thickened; stir in pineapple and celery.
  3. Pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
  4. Chill until firm; 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Unmold and serve on crisp salad greens.
