Mom’s Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • Green enchilada sauce
  • Onion
  • Olives
  • Chicken, cooked
  • Chicken bouillon
  • Water
  • Tortilla chips
  • Cheese

Directions

  1. Combine enchilada sauce, onion, olives, and chicken.

  2. Add water and bouillon.

  3. Freshen tortilla chips in oven.

  4. Layer and finish with cheese on top.

  5. Bake 20 minutes for fresh chips or until heated through.
